Carolina Therapy Solutions (CTS) is a thriving private therapy practice specializing in couples therapy and relationship problems in Raleigh, NC. CTS is seeking a post-doctoral fellow or licensed psychologist to join our team. Licensed Master’s level clinicians will be considered for the right fit. CTS prides itself in providing the highest quality of clinical care by combining evidence-based practices with warmth, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. Those who will thrive at CTS will provide a skillful balance of EBP’s (CBT, EFT, DBT, ACT, CPT, etc.) and processing work, enjoy working on a collaborative team, and are passionate about continued education/professional growth. Applicants with experience working with couples (EFT, Gottman) are preferred, though training can be provided for the right fit. Experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, substance use, life adjustment, and attachment concerns are encouraged to apply. Therapists with a niche area of interest are also encouraged to apply and tailored marketing will be provided to ensure a caseload representative of your preferred clientele.

*This position is a hybrid position (virtual and in-person services).

Salary: $87-$112 per hour

Qualifications

-Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program (Preferred).

-Active, unrestricted, North Carolina License.

-Ability to conduct 20-25 hours of clinical work a week.
