Our EMDR Intensives are designed to help you process and heal from painful experiences in a focused and efficient way. Through 1-2 sessions, each lasting three hours, you’ll work with our trauma specialist to safely explore and resolve the impact of trauma on your mind and body. Using the highly effective, research-backed approach of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), we’ll guide you in reprocessing distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge, and fostering resilience. These intensive sessions provide a powerful path toward healing, helping you move forward with greater clarity, strength, and emotional freedom.
Price: $250 per hour. Three hour time blocks reserved per session.
